Mobile phone validation - No code received

If you haven't received your validation code yet, check the following list to see if one of these reasons could be why:

  1. Enter your number without putting "+" or "0s" in front of it
  2. Make sure your mobile number is in the correct format. Check if the country code is 91 and the mobile number has 10 digits.
  3. If you're listed in the 'Do Not Call' list, contact your mobile operator to remove your number from the list, in order to receive SMS validation.
  4. If you use a dual SIM mobile, ensure that the registered number is the number in SIM 1 or the primary SIM of your phone.

To register your phone number on our desktop software, go to:

  • Settings
  • Account Details
  • Phone

If you still can't validate your mobile number, send us an email with the following information:

  1. Mobile operator name
  2. Are you using a prepaid or postpaid SIM card?
  3. Was the mobile number ported?
