Withdrawal Method

You may receive your funds via Direct Bank Transfer – your withdrawal is deposited directly into your bank account.

How to Make a Withdrawal Request

To make a withdrawal request, log in to your PokerStars account and go to Cashier.

Select the “Withdrawal” button and input the amount you would like to withdraw. Then press “Submit.”

Review the on-screen information carefully before you complete your withdrawal request. The following screen will display how your withdrawal will be processed. This is only an estimation of how your funds will be disbursed. We cannot guarantee that your withdrawal will be processed exactly as described, as this estimation does not take into account any temporary connectivity problems with third party processors or any issues pertaining to accounts outside of our control.

You will receive an email notification from us confirming each transaction made in your PokerStars account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you have made a withdrawal to confirm how your funds were processed.

Withdrawals Processing Time Frame

Withdrawals processed via Direct Bank Transfer will be sent for processing within 24 hours except on weekends. Please allow 3-5 business days after your withdrawal has been processed for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

Other Withdrawal Information

Please note that all funds that are deposited into your PokerStars account must be used for playing cash games and/or tournaments. You can withdraw your winnings but deposited funds cannot be withdrawn.

For compliance with income tax laws, all requests for withdrawals of winnings are subject to the deduction of tax deducted at source (TDS). For more information about TDS, please click here.

In special cases, additional information may be required for a withdrawal to be processed. From time to time, it may also be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of game play or fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out to ensure the integrity of our games and the security of your money.
